Chocolate Production
The supplied illustration presents information about the way
chocolate is generated.
Overall, it is evident in the figure that there are a total
of nine points in the methods.
Initially the mature red pods is grown on the cacao origin
dwelled in South America, African continent, and Republic of Indonesia until
the fluid chocolate is extracted after enrolling substantial procedure.
To begin, ripe pods is harvested from the cacao tree when it
already turn red. After plucking the pods, the white cacao beans are expunged.
Before the white peas being fermented, they are assembled in
a timber box.
Subsequently, these beans are deployed in the tray under
direct sunlight, so that they can be dried.
Dried beans are, then, packaged into large sacks.
During this process, plenty amount of sacks are ready to be
delivered to manufactory by train or lorry.
Moving on to the following stage, these sacks are taken to
the factory for further procedure.
Here, the prepared beans are roasted at a temperature of approximately
350 degrees, afterwards.
Moreover, these beans are totally crushed in a rotating
machine once isolated from their outer shell.
In the final stage, the inner part of the beans are pressed
with the help of roller distinct machine, and eventually liquid chocolate is
gained.
